These terms apply to anyone buying a car from Keyy to Luxury or selling a car to Keyy to Luxury (“KTL”, “we”, “us”), through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any Meta ad.
1. About our listings
- All cars listed are pre-owned (used) vehicles, 2022 model year or newer unless stated otherwise.
- Photos, kilometres driven, and specifications are provided in good faith and may vary slightly from the actual vehicle. We recommend an in-person inspection before finalizing any purchase.
- Prices shown are indicative and subject to change without notice until a booking amount is paid.
2. Buying a car from KTL
- A car is reserved for you only after a booking amount is paid and confirmed by us.
- Full payment and documentation (RC transfer, insurance transfer, etc.) must be completed before delivery.
- Our 6-month warranty, where offered, covers the car’s engine and mechanical components against mechanical defects, and excludes normal wear and tear, consumables, electrical parts, and damage from accidents or misuse after delivery. Full warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of sale.
- We represent our vehicles as non-accidental and non-tampered based on our own inspection and the information available to us at the time of purchase. This is not a substitute for the buyer’s own independent inspection.
3. Selling a car to KTL
- Any price quoted over WhatsApp, phone, or in person is an estimate only and is confirmed after a physical inspection of the vehicle.
- The seller must be the registered owner or have valid authorization to sell, and must provide clear, valid documents (RC, insurance, PUC, etc.).
- KTL reserves the right to decline a purchase after inspection if the vehicle’s condition or documents do not match what was represented.
- Final payment is made only after all required paperwork and transfer formalities are completed.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Booking amounts are refundable/non-refundable as agreed at the time of booking, and terms will be shared in writing before payment.
- If KTL is unable to deliver a promised vehicle, any booking amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Limitation of liability
KTL is not responsible for delays or issues arising from third-party services (financing, insurance, RTO processing) once a buyer or seller chooses to use them.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
